I walked in with mom...no appointment, we didn't wait at all. Staff was VERY friendly and patient. Very clean and organized
I would give it a 0 rating. The parking fees are excessive, and there are no clear signs or directions, making it very confusing to navigate.
5 years later update!!!: My veins are still hard to find! I've moved from scarb to etobicoke, and I've been to many life labs since. This is by far all my favourite life labs To come to! This time, Laura took my blood (Nawal was on her way out). I explained it all to her, she LISTENED! and she did it exactly the way I described has worked for me in the past.
