very very bad experience
This place is bad. You should avoid it. They dont put in the walk-in people in the system. You wait and then find out a long time later that you are 30 min or 40 min out. I like to say that they are an exception but most Lifelabs are like this in Scarborough.
I had my blood drawn here, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The person drawing my blood was not gentle, and I was left with significant bruising afterward. I’ve had blood tests many times before and have rarely experienced bruising like this. The procedure was uncomfortable, and the bruise lasted for several days. I hope the clinic can improve its technique and take greater care to make patients feel more comfortable and minimize unnecessary bruising.
