I went to 520 Ellesmere and saw “Allison” and took notice of her while I was waiting in line because of her professionalism. The room was packed with 14 people sitting around and it appeared that there were only 2 employees at that time. In the very busy atmosphere, Allison was calm, polite, friendly and very courteous to everyone she spoke to. Fortunately, I got her to take my blood sample. What a lovely woman! I've come to this Life labs before and it was kind of a hassle the other times. However, the last time I went I was seen by Allison. Allison is a gem! My interaction with Allison was like talking to a family friend. So sweet, kind attentive and I has a light touch when it came to drawing my blood. My veins are pretty hard to find but she managed to find it with no discomfort. These five stars are for her. Thank you Allison!
