The staff is not courteous. The appointment was at 12.20 and was not activated and it showed not arrived.
There is no reception. Wait times are way longer even with the appointment.
They are very friendly and have experienced phlebotomists. Expect to wait without an appointment. Yuka and Chrysa were great! Thank you!
Extremely disappointed with the service here. I waited over 2 hours for a simple blood report, despite the posted wait time estimating only 16 minutes. It’s unacceptable, especially considering the waiting room had very few people. Adding insult to injury, patients are forced to pay exorbitant parking fees. The whole process feels like a money-making operation rather than patient care. Needs immediate improvement.
I have a very faint veins for blood work.. but Lata .. the Lab Technition did an amazing work. I didnt feel any pain. The staff there are very helpful and wonderful.. keep up the good work
