Understaffed at the front desk. The walk in time does not reflect the real walk-in time because the patients are not entered in the queue in timely manner. 19 min versus estimated 1.5 hrs
Visited today around 10:30 the front desk a chines younge girl was really rude and not responding properly its okay its busy but doesn’t mean to behave very bad though you studied To be professional so you should be more better than other not recommending this place at all.

This lifelabs is never painful..i used to get scared by needles but this lifelabs has made my treatment journey so smooth. Unlike the others few i visited prior to this
One of the worst experience, they don't even tell you which counter to wait, we waited for 15 mins at one counter and an old lady with a bob cut didn't even tell us that we have to stand to the next counter and then they took all the patients behind us first l. The staff is rlvery very rude. I would like life labs corporate to contact for the grievance.
