was a bit nervous about coming here for a blood test after reading many reviews, but it really wasn’t that bad. For walk-in patients, yes, there is a wait around 45 minutes to 1 hour, which is pretty reasonable. I also noticed that people with appointments were called in right on time or within 5–10 minutes of their scheduled slot. The staff are professional and handle a high volume of patients, so don’t expect lots of smiles, it’s totally understandable. What a horrible experience. I’ve had blood work done more times than I can count, and not once—ever—have I walked away with a swollen arm. Until today. I genuinely respect people in every profession, but this? This was nothing short of careless and disappointing. Note- No issues with the front desk office staff. Update- got a huge bruise on my arm.

This is a very disrespectful clinic to come to. I came here to have my blood work done and the people in there kept making people skip the line. I was very patient, listening to every conversation before I went up to meet them and ask them why they don’t seem to follow a queuing system, they had the guts to lie that people that I watch get moved ahead of me had an appointment. Like I’m stupid or I don’t understand English. Very disrespectful staff. I can’t get my time wasted back.
Greetings - I had the opportunity to use this lab location. As I watched and listened to the staff, I was impressed with how much care and respect is shown by each of the staff, especially the front-line staff member Candi. I will most definitely use this location again. Thanks to all the amazing staff!
