Went on a Saturday which I understand could be a busy day. People were lined up all in the hallway without A/C, waiting to enter the locked office door. Staff seemed in no rush but more importantly understaffed to handle the volume of people. Won't return to this location if I can avoid it.

I would give 0/5 if I could. The lady checking is really rude. If you have to ask a question - be clear.
Very busy and awesome staff. Was told to expect an hour to hour and a half. I came back and hour later. Sat down and my name was immediately called. The technician was super friendly and a true professional. I didn't even know that the needle was put in. Six vials later it was done. No bleeding and no bruising. Thank you so much.
Usually there is wait times. About an hour or so. But i can imagine why. Staff here is skilled and blood work is done in professional manner. ABI, she has the superior skills with needles. I didn't feel a thing. Usually, people find hard it hard to find my veins. But she got it in a second. I very much appreciate for her work.
