I came in for blood work without an appointment. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was very impressed with the staff.
Went in around 8h05 for bloodwork with an appointment at 8h20, I was in a room at 8h22. The person doing my bloodwork was quick and I was out by 8h30 or so. No one else was really waiting for much longer than maybe 10 minutes at that time. I did use a bit of numbing cream an hour prior, barely felt anything, so that's an option if you don't like those
I waited over 40 mins and I still wasn’t attended to, I had to leave as my baby was already getting fussy
Very Bad attitude!!! I was there waiting for 2 hrs, people come behind me already done their bloodwork. I spoke to the staff, there is Indian staff was trying to find an excuse to blame me ! Terrible!
very very rude staff.. does bit matter who is.. morning girl always with a mask on is very rude all the time. no smile at all. white lady with semi purple hairs is very rude. they make faces which feels the customer so uncomfortable. At all, no customer service at all.
