Terrible experience walk ins were prioritized over appointments, no ones name was called out correctly, they have employees putting down the wrong information, the receptionists were rude and didn't give me the proper information leading me to leave and come back four different times in the same day
TERRIBLE!!!! 3 booked appointments for different family members on separate days were not met within reasonable wait times. Why are appointments made if you are required to wait 30 min plus? This location historically was very punctual and well organized that very clearly is no longer the case. Not sure why they actually accept appointments if they ignore the fact you have one and walk ins are taken before a scheduled appointment. This place is the worst. Do not come here, go somewhere else.
We came in for a blood test and after asking, we were told we could pick up our medication afterward. When we tried to do that, the staff suddenly changed their mind and tone, spoke to us rudely, and refused even though they had just said it was fine. If we had been given the correct information from the start, we would’ve left and come back another time without any issue. Not sure why they bother having booked appointments. Never on time and wait times are 124min plus. No sense of urgency at all.
