Hello Life Labs/My Care Compass: I made an appointment prior to having my lab work to be done today. However when I arrived, after speaking to the receptionist and advising her that I had an appointment, I was advised to take a seat. She didn't take my paperwork or my name. A few people in line with me didn't have appointments, yet they were taken ahead of me. I eventually had my blood taken and the lab technician was very apologetic on behalf of the situation. Efficient and friendly as usual. Made appointment in advance. Recommendation, should have registration priority for appointments booked online. Also should have screens so people waiting can see when their name comes up. Nice no fee to park.
