No appointment Monday morning? No problem. The staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes, and my doctor had the blood work results in less than a week.
I go in there today. The lineup was long. One of the staff members named Mona was very rude to all of the people, including me, yelling, cussing, chuckling under her breath very rudely being very reckless I do not recommend this place. Although one of the staff members there with her was very nice and I could tell she was embarrassed of her.
Today was the second time i’ve been to this life labs location. The first time wasn’t a great experience and one of the ladies working there (Mona) was VERY cold, rude and notably grumpy organized myself and other patients there. It’s really bothered me and i was thinking, wow she really just hate her job or she’s got something going on outside of here that makes her miserable and taking it out on others. Time on door and online site lists 4p close on Wed. It’s 3p and doors are locked and no notice as to why. Ride and a waste of time.
