Today was the second time i’ve been to this life labs location. The first time wasn’t a great experience and one of the ladies working there (Mona) was VERY cold, rude and notably grumpy organized myself and other patients there. It’s really bothered me and i was thinking, wow she really just hate her job or she’s got something going on outside of here that makes her miserable and taking it out on others. 5 stars for the wonderful women handling a busy lab while being incredibly polite and caring. I’ve been to other life labs before this and have always had a cold and horrible experience. The lab is like a small store and is new and very clean as well. This was very welcoming! Thanks ladies for taking care of things.
The receptionist should be fired rude attitude and yelled at us because we opened the door. She wants us to wait outside in the cold weather snowing and won’t even open the door.
Friendly talkative staff. Great with kids. The only reason for one less star is cause I wish the hours could be longer at least on one day of the week (but that is not the staff's fault).
