Huge Shout-Out to M and M’s (Mona and Marta)! These two amazing ladies do the work of six people — seriously! M and M’s work their butts off every day at LifeLabs , all while dealing with rude comments , impatient clients , and judgmental stares . Despite it all, they stay professional, efficient, and kind . I see you, and I appreciate you . LifeLabs is lucky to have you both!
The people working at the front desk and taking the blood were friendly but if I have an appointment at 10am I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes to get in. They should stop taking all walk-ins and start focusing on those people who went out of their way and took the time to book an appointment. Booking an appointment is supposed to mean not having to wait longer than 10min.
