I am completely disgusted with lifeguard pediatrics FRONT staff. I absolutely love the providers and very sorry to not see them anymore as well as my children are sad as well. My children who have been going for three years have been dismissed because I failed to provide a primary insurance card that I wasn't aware of. I was NEVER told there was a balance until January and started making a small payment. That wasn't enough they even had the nerve to call me a liar to my little boys father when I wasn't present. The staff is amazing and Dr Niebaum is wonderful with my son and practical when it comes to parenting!
