Rejoined after a 5 year absence. Nice that there is no broken equipment. Looks well kept up. EXCEPT one TV was on Fox . Could we PLEASE put one TV on MSNBC for equal time? I am NOT kidding. Politics could drive me away. (TVs at the treadmills and unavoidable)

Outstanding local gym! Clean. No nonsense, no foolishness, no drama, and a great selection of equipment that you will (probably) never have to wait in line for. You will find friendly people inside who are serious about fitness. Skip the chains and go to lifeforce.
