How are they still in business? Taking peoples money even though they are aware they do not have the products people are booking. Booked an IV and they didn’t even have b12.

The only way this could have gone worse would be if I actually was allowed to get into my appointment. Showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment but someone walked up and was given my spot because the person working there has no access to the system that manages appointments. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to interrupt the session that was going on to tell them I have to be somewhere in 10 minutes and asked what recourse I could take. Had a great experience! I did the Vitamin B12 shot. The doctors were very informative about how I’d feel afterward as well as when one should to get other shots and IV drips. The whole thing took no more than 20 minutes.
