I am leaving this review to warn others about the completely unacceptable service at Life Drips IV Practice in Jersey City. This was, without a doubt, a 0-star experience! My scheduled IV repair appointment was a complete failure, as the clinician was a total no show. I wasted time traveling to and waiting at the Base gym location only to be met with confusion. How are they still in business? Taking peoples money even though they are aware they do not have the products people are booking. Booked an IV and they didn’t even have b12.

The only way this could have gone worse would be if I actually was allowed to get into my appointment. Showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment but someone walked up and was given my spot because the person working there has no access to the system that manages appointments. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to interrupt the session that was going on to tell them I have to be somewhere in 10 minutes and asked what recourse I could take.
