Since 2017 I have been an avid indoor-cycler. There is nothing like being in a dark room, with music blaring, on a bike that goes nowhere. When Covid shut down my local studio (near DC) in 2020, I was devastated. I panic got a bike for my basement, and rode at home, but we all know that is not the same. I just finished my 10th ride here at Lifecycle! As someone who has been spinning on and off for years and who owned a spin bike before peloton was popular, let me tell you, I was HUMBLED my first class here. The coaches are extraordinary and will push you. Coming from the DC metro area, I was pleasantly surprised that the instructors didn’t fit the teeny bopper, fresh out of college, more focused on aesthetics than form typical spin instructor I encountered in the city. LifeCYCLE is the best fitness studio!! Three years ago, I took my first spin class at LifeCYCLE and have been a member ever since. I love the variety of classes offered, motivating instructors, and wonderful community! This studio is so welcoming to new members and ensures that members at all fitness levels can get a great workout! So grateful for LifeCYCLE for getting me back into exercising!

I wrote this review 2 years ago and still feel the same! I love that all body types and fitness levels are welcomed and celebrated :) Lifecycle is amazing. When they say its a feeling it really is!
