I had a fantastic experience at LifeCycle Great Energy and Environment. Jen was an amazing instructor — super high energy, motivating, and engaging from start to finish. The workout was definitely challenging in the best way; I felt pushed to work hard while still having a lot of fun throughout the class. The environment was positive, upbeat, and encouraging, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great workout with an instructor who keeps you motivated and energized!
I’ve been a member at LifeCycle since November 2022, and it has become one of my favorite places. The instructors bring amazing energy, the community is supportive, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and more motivated. LifeCYCLE has been a huge added benefit and mood booster to my daily life! The employees and the owner Emily are all such positive rays of sunshine! When you take a class, you feel motivated to move your body, go the extra mile, and absolutely no peer pressure! Thank you to LifeCYCLE for being the first workout commitment that I have been able to stick with, coming back on a regular basis! You won’t regret it if you join!

Over a year at LifeCycle and it keeps getting better. If you’re looking for boutique gym to “fit in” at look no further! Cycling is now my absolutely favorite thing to do. I have grown so much more confident with my abilities thanks to the amazing instructors. I also love getting in one of there Strength or Sculp classes for an added workout. Couldn’t recommend LifeCycle more!!! Life changing!
