i LOVEEE this studio! i had a rough experience with cycle classes at first, but my friend carmella recommended that i try lifecycle. my first class was with jake and lucky for me, it was a theme night! he made the class so much fun while also encouraging us to push ourselves, and he’s genuinely the reason why i continued to come back every week. after a few weeks of cycling, and meeting many of the wonderful instructors, i decided to become a member!! i am loving it so far and am so excited to continue to grow with all of th... read more
A brutally honest review of my LifeCYCLE journey Minutes 1–10: Why the bleep did I come?! Minute 12: Endorphins kick in. Okay… wait… this feels kinda good?? Minutes 12–30: Yes! I am AMAZING. Great studio with an amazing team. The instructors are motivating, the classes are fun, and there’s always an event or challenge to be a part of. Workouts I genuinely enjoy and look forward to. 💛
Where do I begin? This is the absolute best gym and community I have ever been blessed to be a part of. I’m so devoted to my health because of the support and stability this gym has offered me. The instructors and owner are such incredibly kind and talented people and it really feels like family. There is nothing corporate about this place and you really get the best care and guidance here.
