Sucks. After waiting a month for the appointment, I arrived on time at 8:00am. At 8:30 I asked about the delay and was informed my appointment wasn't on the books even though I handed her my appointment card given to me when I made the appointment in person, a month ago. At 8:38 I was told I would have to go in the back and wait to reschedule my appointment. Since it takes a month to two months to get an appointment, I decided to go home and call.
