absolutely horrible pathetic service!
I am going to leave zero stars if it will let me. The local Modesto office was great. The process to reorder supplies from somewhere outside California is absolutely horrendous. Never, ever will I use them again. They are sweet as pie on the phone after a 10 minute wait to get transferred to the "California Department" to wait another 10 minutes to speak to another representative. On the first reorder Lifecare told me I was erroneously billed and that it would corrected. They never did and held my next reorder hostage until ... read more
Not to good, just saying,waiting for them to change my bipap pressures,and all I get is the fax has not come in ,fallowed up with my Dr ,it's been faxed 5 times now seen it with my own eyes....So long for the one hour pressure change,today is the fourth businesses day........
I had a horrible experience. My coworker got a breast pump from them and we have the same insurance. My insurance told me to go there as they accept the insurance. The company called to say they don't accept my insurance. When I called them to figure out what was going on they hung up after I was already on hold. I had to call back and they attempted to put me on hold again. I said no and they said someone would call me back by the end of the day to see what was going on with the insurance.
