We had a stair lift installed to assist with my parents' mobility issue, and the LifeCare Mobility team was simply superb from start to finish. Chris was extremely patient during his site visit to answer all our questions pre-installation. Jenni then helped arrange for scheduling with a minimum amount of fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at LifeCare Mobility. They couldn't have been more helpful. From Chris’s first visit to our home I felt I was dealing with a genuinely nice guy. Speaking on the phone to Jenni made me feel I could put my trust in these people. Ali and Dante were efficient and courteous when they came to install the stairlift so overall it was a pleasant experience.
Thanks Chris, Jenni and Ali There really are no words to say how wonderful it was to work with all of you. We were in a really desperate situation and needed a chair lift installed so quickly. We called on a Monday got Chris to show us what they have on Wed and they were able to get it installed for us on Friday.
