I want to write a review to thank Jenny and Ali for being so kind and professional to my elderly parents. We have had a very frustrating experience with the chair lift that we bought some time ago. My father was almost prepared to buy a new chair when we happened to contact this company. First and foremost Jenny was a pleasure to deal with. We are so pleased with the excellent service and the product. Chris took great care to find the right solution with a chairlift that suits the house and our needs. The installation team were amazing, and made it all work perfectly. They did a great job and had it all installed and working on the same day, and left everything perfectly clean and ready to go.
