Ali and Dante did an amazing job. They were both very professional and made sure we understood how to use the stair lifts. My 95yr old mother tried them with Dante's help. She was okay with learning how to operate the new chairs. Thank you very much. Best regards, Marina deSouza
Chairlift install at my parents house. My parents had an excellent experience start to finish with their chairlift purchase and installation from LifeCare Mobility. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all their options. The installation by Ali and Dante was quick, clean, and professionally done, with great attention to safety and detail. The chairlift itself is smooth, quiet, and easy to use and will make a big difference in the day-to-day mobility and peace of mind. Outstanding customer service a... read more
I had an excellent experience with Dante and his assistant during the installation of our stairlift. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident and comfortable with the entire process. Both of them were friendly, respectful, and very considerate of our home. They worked efficiently while ensuring everything was installed properly and safely. I especially appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up after the installation—it was as if they were never there! B... read more
Exceptional service by the LifeCare Mobility team. The team is efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they delivered what was promised. The product was on time with no surprises. Thank you to the owner, Chris Gaffney for your professionalism, to the electrician for taking the video call with my husband, and to the amazing installers Ali and Dante. Everyone on this team created a really positive experience for our family.
We had a stair lift installed to assist with my parents' mobility issue, and the LifeCare Mobility team was simply superb from start to finish. Chris was extremely patient during his site visit to answer all our questions pre-installation. Jenni then helped arrange for scheduling with a minimum amount of fuss. On the day of installation, Ali was very professional, friendly and courteous, and did a great job. The lift is working great for my parents to go upstairs and come down. I want to thank you LifeCare Mobility for a job... read more
