Dr Finley's privileges to perform labor and delivery services was revoked at the Bellevue Medical Center, due to quality of care concerns. He voluntarily gave up those privileges in Iowa as a result. These are facts that can be independently verified. Kerry Tekada, APRN took time with me to discuss an issue that I have been trying for months to get taken care of. She showed compassion and understanding . Where I have been dismissed by others to ask questions she addressed, she didn't just throw medication at it and she wanted to get to the source. She is the ONLY one in this office I will see!
Very disappointed. I've been waiting on a follow up to get the results from a test for carpal tunnel. I was told it was being reviewed by another physician....the test was performed on Nov 11- I contacted them in Dec & was told it was out for review.....it is now the end of Jan & I still haven't heard anything. I will be switching providers
