Dr Finley's privileges to perform labor and delivery services was revoked at the Bellevue Medical Center, due to quality of care concerns. He voluntarily gave up those privileges in Iowa as a result. These are facts that can be independently verified. Dr Finley's primary concern at this time seems to be promoting whatever drug the pharmaceutical companies have provided samples for, or bought the office lunch in exchange for promotion.
