They suck. Would give them a zero. Do not pay claims. When told they have all the information and elimination period is 0. Submit the next care sheet and invoice and all of a sudden they don’t have all the information they said they had 5 months ago and tacking on more elimination days. Run, don’t walk, away from this company. Complete fraud.
They suck as they dont pay claims
they don't return calls and they refuse to pay claims until threatened with formal complaint to state insurance commissioners office. I'd give them a zero if I could.
TERRIBLE company. They hire lots of people and do not properly train them One of the hiring manager Daryl Sanchez paints a picture of perfection when attempting to hire you.
