Arrived for my appointment and they refused to see me. It was a pre op appointment for surgery next week. I guess I am now sol. Thanks for being horrible at your job!
I made an appointment with them as a new patient. I then confirmed my appointment three times on three different dates, got there, confirmed who I was seeing with three different people and checked in. I was sitting in the patient room for an hour and a half until I reminded them I was there. They scrambled, called the doctor I was seeing, and finally came back to tell me that the doctor cancelled all appointments for the day I was there and that no one else could see me.
