A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. AVOID THIS PLACE! UPDATE (as a response to the owner's note below): It is not surprising that when I called the number the "owner" indicated, it was ANOTHER DEAD END. Another recorder where you may leave another message or multiple, that will only be completely ignored. Not once I got any call-backs. This proves this is business as usual for this establishment. The front desk staff are so rude! Especially the black woman who works the walk in clinic registration. You can’t ask her a simple question without her responding with an attitude and making it seem like you asked a stupid question.
I walked into the Ortho walk in clinic for my daughter that had a basketball injury. The front desk lady was very quick and made sure she was seen quickly. She was seen by PA Alex Baren. He was extremely nice and professional. My daughter felt extremely comfortable with him as well. Our overall experience was great. I would highly recommend!
