The most incompetent customer service. My 90yr old father has been getting billed for incorrect billing to the insurance. LBHealth wants me to tell them how to file to Medicare?!?! What is the purpose of you if I am told to do what you are supposed to do. Completely unacceptable. Your BBB rating is a D, how are you still in business?
