The doctors are not helpful. I knew what was wrong with me and told them and they gave me unnecessary tests just adding to my bill, while I was just sitting in the hallway on a chair. Thousands of dollars for bare minimum help and doctors and nurses who don’t even listen to you.
The service itself and the doctor were excellent. However, I am rating them a one only because of their customer service. I spoke to a Karen In customer service, who, instead of trying to help me, gave me attitude and another phone number of the incorrect department to call. That new department told me to call customer service, which led me right back to the same customer service rep.
