Very professional staff and service
Had to spend over 2 hours to be told I wasn't eligible to donate to to allergies. Definitely not okay. When they knew it from the first moment I did the intake form. Even after I called and asked everything before booking the appt. Was a disaster. They knew when I called and should have never let me book an appt. Wasted nearly 4 hours on nothing. 😡 When I did actually want to donate.
What is the point of an appointment system if you then have to wait at least 45 minutes before someone can see you. I drove 45 minutes to get to a plasma appointment which I then had to drive 45 minutes home because I didn't have time to wait due to other appointments. This makes me not want to donate. I feel like the least the system could do, would be to notify you of the delay in order to make provisions to account for the later time.
