The older blonde receptionist was very rude. I came as a first time donor and has no idea what’s i have to do. I was looking for information but she rolls her eyes at me as soon as I asked a question... Absolute disgrace for someone who works for such a goodwill organisation. Maybe better staff who actually cares about people will help 🤣
