Staff here are always friendly and helpful. They explain everything to you carefully and answer any questions you have, whether it's about the appointment booking process, the screening process, the actual donation process or what happens with your blood or plasma afterwards. I've become quite a regular, but they never get complacent and always go through the entire process thoroughly. I have nothing but praise for the wonderful staff at this centre.
