Unprofessional staff. Waiting times are more than hour. Really poor. Also agressive teenagers with tatoos and blue hair are a little scary. Was nervous for my safety.
Second location I've donated at. Staff were friendly, but they admitted they were a little understaffed at the moment. Generally nice experience.
