I am in shock - Lifebalance just called me back after I reached out for services and they refused me as a client because I have a disorder "they dont specialize in" - my disorder is very common and is basically bipolar disorder (schizoaffective-bipolar type). I mentioned I hear voices and thats the only reason why I supposedly have schizoaffective. This feels like discrimination. They said "this is so you can find someone who specializes in your condition"... literally NO ONE understand hearing voices. There are no specialis... read more
