i am a charter member of lifeworks and very proud of it.everything there is run with total perfection.the staff is great especially david murray who is always very helpful with a smile on his face.

Its a terrific place with so wonderful and friendly staff. I have been there for less then a month and have already lost 10 pounds. Love it
Absolutely love this place. Always feel welcomed with a daily joke! Very clean, great staff. I just wish they would email us if the regular class instructor will not be there because that throws a lot of us way off. Shawn is the best! I would suggest more classes that are intermediate, they are either super easy or super hard. The wed 10:30 class needs to be more than one day a week.
