Clean healthful environment . Patient, knowledgeable healing staff.
Lifeworks is a great place to workout. The staff is awesome and motivating.
Therapy pool is nice and warm to help with my not so happy joints and muscles. Locker room is clean and towels are always available. There are a lot of fitness machines in the gym to choose from not to mention free weights. Did I mention the track?
Lifeworks is an excellent place to get healthy! Lots of choices and a friendly staff to help you every step of the way....It is up to each of us to take advantage of what is offered. It is so much more than just a "gym".
Excellent place to work out. Would recommend this facility to everyone of any age.
