I came to Dr. Mateo about a month ago with lower back pain that was affecting my sleep, strength, work, and hobbies. 30 days in and my pain is gone, my posture and flexibility have also improved. A personal victory that I had just today was that I lifted a 40 lb bag of dog food onto a shelf above my head. Started seeing Dr. Mateo when I was in 2nd trimester of pregnancy to help with SI joint pain and preparing for birth. If you are wanting to heal your body this is the place. I found it from my Tik Tok algorithm from my issues with my parasympathetic nervous system and autoimmune diseases 14 to be exact.
