A Long time ago now, in 1990, my daughter was in San Diego in College. Dr. Rice knew exactly what to do to heal her back. He handled it so beautifully, that from the time she walked into his office she had, virtually, no more pain. He reassured her and sent her to his back therapist at San Diego Sports Medicine Center, I think it was called. So thankful for what he did for us! Dr. Rice is God’s gift to humans. I’ve known Dr. Rice from my teen years and he is an amazing Doctor. I wish we could all be like him. He is fantastic at his practice and a great kind person. Me and my family are blessed to know Doctor Rice. He is our hero.
