The gym itself has great machines and lots of options for training. I have had really frustrating experiences though: -The staff working on one of the two massage chairs for over an hour while clients couldn’t use them. -I’ve also noticed the front desk never answers the phones. I’ve called them probably 4 or 5 times over the time I’ve been a member (things like holiday hours, when is the pool closing, etc.)- they have answered literally once. -Clients also use shoes frequently in the sauna/steam room which is a little gross... read more
I would suggest Tulsa location to train your front desk to be more welcoming and courteous. I have been member on other locations of life time, but this very different on front desk.
Best gym, staff, and so much to do & choose from! Absolutely a blast and relaxing. Has something for everyone 🤩☄️
