I go there to work out in the mornings 5/7 days. It is great! Plenty of modern equipment, locker rooms for men and women, racket ball courts, swimming pools, trainers, and they keep the place ultra clean.
Love the gym and atmosphere, great machines, nice big locker room with saunas, very good size pools and they offer classes and coaching. I would give it 5 stars but i have two complaints, one is I can never use the leg extension machine or pec fly machines because they are always taken no matter what time of day it is, if this gym could acquire a few more of those machines somehow then it would get 5 stars cause this is the best gym in tulsa in my opinion.
