Mark is very reliable and will work together with Architects, Draftsman, Interior Designers and all trades to make sure your new build or renovation is completed to 100% satisfaction. Life structures is an excellent company, with reliable builders, carpenters and apprentices. There work and manners are absolutely amazing, I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do work on my house, i couldn't be any happier with there work, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
I just had our home handed back after only 8-months for our renovation that actually had a 6-week setback/variation as my wall was leaning too much and had to be rebuilt. On finding this variation Mark & team worked with me & the engineer to find the right solution at an affordable cost. From then on was plain sailing. Regular site meetings with Mark & team, constant communication with foreman on WhatsApp (group messaging with my wife for visibility!) and regular tracking of costs to contract.
