Friendly manager. Information clear and accommodated all needs.
The facility itself is great. Clean, temperature controlled, easy to access. For that I rate 5 stars. The gradual increase in rates is annoying. A storage unit shouldn’t be $100 one month and then $500 2-years later. It’s a stupid game. Give me a fixed rate option. Jen is great. She is nice, reasonable, and competent. Herb is the problem. He created issues and errors every step of the way with me moving into a new unit. Setting up rental was simple. Facility is clean and easy to navigate. Appears to be secure.
