Besides life flights being heavily overpriced already, this place is especially awful. They don’t work with all insurances and even when we got my insurance to cover most of it, they waited until after the calendar year to tell me that they were pursuing me for what my insurance didn’t cover. This meant I had no way of going back to my insurance as it was past the year. If it weren't for Life Star with all my heart. My child just would have died if they hadn't gotten there so fast. The emergency room said that it was a miracle that my child had lived, and had everyone not acted exactly as fast as they did, there' had been too much blood loss to survive. Not only were they professional, quick thinking and detailed, but even the billing department was kind, caring and considerate long after the dust had all settled around the accident,.
