This company does not apply fair businesses practices. I rented 8217 beekman st from them and they did not want to return my security deposit.. they charged me for things that was broken in the home prior to us moving in. Rescue maintenance will scam you so make sure to take pictures before and after moving into their homes.
My landlord just hired this company and they are a complete disaster. Don't understand basic real estate laws, attempted to pressure me into changing lease details with no legal grounds, 0 professionalism.
I can see why this company doesn't have high reviews. I was interested in renting one of their properties and when I inquired about seeing it in person only to be told that the team was too busy and the actual real estate agent in charge of the property didn't know anything about the viewings.
