This clinic and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend. Jennifer, Selena & Mebin Thomas are phenomenal.
Update! The ladies up front really sets the tone. They have a way of soothing & helping you calm down before your actual appointment. Plus they are consistent with a smile. Mebin is also great. He listens, gives great feedback tools and coping mechanisms. I have been going here over 10 years and will never change. Should you be looking for a good psychiatrist or clinic that helps with mental illness. Look no further, I highly recommend this facility.
I’m rating this location a 3 because, for about a year, the team did assist me with my medication needs, and I appreciate that support. However, toward the end of my treatment, I was discharged after missing three 15-minute appointments during a period when I was experiencing significant mental health challenges. Given my history and circumstances, I believe more consideration and understanding could have been shown—especially since my provider was frequently late to appointments as well.
