Dr. Herr & the entire Life Point staff are absolutely amazing. Nancy at the front desk is so quick to reply to any questions, Evelin is great with billing questions, and all the hygienists and techs are great. Dr. Herr informed me I needed a root canal after viewing some xrays and doing thorough testing that I’ve never even had before. I was thrilled with my first visit for a cleaning today! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Also, the dental tech that did my cleaning was very thorough! I don’t think my teeth have been this clean in a long time, even with going elsewhere every 6 months. They did very detailed X-rays because it was my first visit and took some measurements no one else has done, and also did a complimentary oral cancer screening! The office itself is so beautifully decorated and welcoming and clean! Highly recommend!
Dr. Herr and the entire staff at Life Point Dental amazed me with their kindness, helpfulness, and expertise! From the moment I walked in for my exam and cleaning until getting a new onlay this week, I cannot say enough good things about my experience there! I've never had a issue with "Dentists" ! Going to Life Piont is always pleasant. This time even more so. I came in for a routine cleaning and they found an early cavity. Fortunately I didn't have to schedule another apt. They took care of it while I was there. ! ! !
