The least warm and psychological safe space I have experienced. Non clinical staff are rude, intrusive and unwelcoming. The clinician I worked with took zero interest in my circumstances or what I needed help with. It felt like they were trying to get me out the door before the appointment even started.

Reception staff were unkind and harsh, a curly haired receptionist rude comments after a very rough appointment, which I was still crying from, made me never want to go back. Psychologist ashely was lovely though.

I had been struggling with depression for 2 years after a difficult breakup and finally decided to seek some help. At that time, my therapist was Simone. She is a very good therapist, she made me feel really being heard and supported from the start and every steps during our sessions. That's why i can move forward and still breathing today. Huge appreciation and thanks to the team. And also thanks to myself to seek for help at that day.

I use to see a psychologist there, she changed my life but unfortunately she left the practice so I got referred to another psychologist in the practice.. worst experience ever. The last time I saw her, I was clearly struggling and she asked if I wanted to cut my appointment short (advised reduced fee would be applied, if I wanted lol) cause I “didn’t really need to be there”? Obviously I left because it was quite clear she didn’t want to help me or even want my full consult fee! Most awful feeling ever!
