Life medical being good for the last 15 years. But since Claudia left it went downhill the ladies that work there now or smart mouthed don't have no business right. I haven't had my supplies in 5 months because they said they sent my prescription off in February.. I talk to my insurance company they said they haven't sent them nothing since August of last year. I have back surgery, my insurance authorized my equipment and I have been calling no one ever answered i have left messages no return. I feel once already because I don't have my supplies. Would never do business with them
They are not responding or calling you for the status. I been calling them it’s bad customer services. Will not refer this company at all.
This place is a joke !! Talked to ISABEL highly incompetent and rude! Wasted 1 hour on hold with her and on the phone with her and my insurance, thanks to her. Was informed by her co worker once the process was over that the company didn’t provide breast pumps anymore effective the beginning of the year. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service. Insurance needs to cut off this company.
