They are not responding or calling you for the status. I been calling them it’s bad customer services. Will not refer this company at all.
This place is a joke !! Talked to ISABEL highly incompetent and rude! Wasted 1 hour on hold with her and on the phone with her and my insurance, thanks to her. Was informed by her co worker once the process was over that the company didn’t provide breast pumps anymore effective the beginning of the year. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service. Insurance needs to cut off this company.
Used Life medical last year. Always thought they were good. Beginning to wonder now. I can't deal with lies, run around, being laughed at. I'm talking about you Isabel, if that's how you spell your name. Laura is the office manager and the operations manager. Must be hard to wear two (2) hats.
