a little unprofessional. They tell you to be there at a certain time and have you wait for over a hour and a half. The front desk never said a word to me except the counselor was not in until 4pm so I asked why my appt. was scheduled at 3. I was told because they want the patient there early for paperwork. It is obvious this is a place that does not deem you or your time important only the time of the counselor and staff.
