I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and the absolute runaround I’ve experienced trying to cancel my services with Life Maid Easy. There is a severe lack of communication between their office staff and their field teams. Throughout my time using them, cleaners consistently had difficulty simply finding my house, and the company frequently substituted my preferred cleaners with unfamiliar faces without any prior notice.
