Oh my gosh, she was the sweetest human ever! I found this place today and reached out very last minute hoping to replace the permanent bracelet I had (caught it on something today and stretched it out ) and she was readily available to put a new one on. She was also very responsive when I texted her. Would highly recommend!!
Couldn’t give it a 10 star or I would! Can’t tell yall how happy I am with everything, from having an amazing experience and feeling welcomed to wonderful prices and not to mention so many charms and chains to choose from! Can’t wait to go back and get more things added on!
