The mentors at Life -Line go above and beyond to provide support for their students as well as their families. I've personally had Lenny and Larry show up or step in advocating for my son without being asked to. They go out of their way to transport the kids to so many things whether required educational or just for fun in their community. Lifeline has been a really positive experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Lenny and Larry. They’re genuinely good people who always bring a positive attitude. You can tell they care about making others feel welcome and happy, and that kind of energy makes a big difference during the day.
lenny and larry have helped me out in so many ways and some difficult situations, They showed up in court with me and have even given me rides to group, they have been there for me since the day i met them. Their always supporting my goals and have never let me down and they always have a good spirt with them, we are always getting invited to group activities with other student in the program like the museums , to tour around collages all of that and so much more.
I was at the 91st 90th houses. I spent almost a year between the both. The business is not about helping the individuals that reside there. You pay rent to a service that is suppose to aid you in establishing yourself back into society. The only assistance I got in that regard was the low rent. Outside of that, no real contact, no real assistance, no real input. I was currently a resident at there program. The sober living houses are managed poorly. They assign one guy to inform them of any negative behavior at the sober living houses. Whether they’re saying the truth or not it doesn’t matter. No investigation is done. They reward them with gift cards and other favors they can do. I got receipts to prove this.
