Product is great but online ordering is very inconsistent. Sometimes their shipping is fast, sometimes it is not. Placed an order 4 days ago and still no updates, but my card was charged the day after the order was placed. No one will answer the phone (I have tried numerous times) and their “contact us” email doesn’t work (at least not on the mobile app). Would really just like to know what’s up with my order. Maybe if they see this, they’ll reach out to me since I can’t get ahold of them.
