Jess is a great counselor. She is very kind and compassionate. I definitely 100% recommend Jess or Life Launch Counseling itself. They are very warm and supportive people. I have BPD, and she was very professional in taking things in her hands and very respectful ending treatment and making sure I had a transfer in place who specializes in DBT. I loved talking with her and overall their office is very comfy and peaceful. People really do care here. Thanks again!
