I liked the fact that each therapist had a short description of their specialties so that I could better choose one that matched well with my needs.Even I've only had a few sessions so far,but am really pleased with my therapist.The family sessions helped us rebulid trust and improve communication.It felt like a safe space for everyone.
Couples therapy helped us slow down and really listen to each other. It made a big difference in our relationship. 🧡
Last year i joined their parenting workshop. It was very insightful. I learned practical strategies that I could immediately apply with my child. I saw they have The ceramics workshop was surprisingly therapeutic. It allowed me to slow down and be present, and I left feeling very relaxed.
We recently had an experience with this service and it was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service was very poor and the overall process felt unprofessional and disorganized. After booking, they sent a large number of documents to complete, which took a significant amount of time. We completed everything and showed up on time for our appointment.
