Joined the dried flower group session and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful, welcoming, and supportive environment, made it easier to open up. The instructor and therapist is very knowledgeable and i can practice in my daily.
We came in for family issues and felt supported throughout the process. It helped reduce misunderstandings at home.
The team is very responsive and professional. Booking an appointment was quick and easy for us.
The concrete experience was a highlight for me. Their group therapy combined creativity with mindfulness in such a meaningful way.
I had a really great experience here. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My therapist was kind, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I’m really happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic.
