I want to thank my know dear and close friend Maddie! She is the most inspirational woman! She truly cared for me as a patient. Didn't give up on me, gave me the medicines and the tools to live! Gave me back my life. I have crohns disease and I was not in remission. She helped me tremendously! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't of got my life back.
