Absolutely disregarded my anxiety and cut me off of my anxiety medication after the NP said “everything is staying the same” also, completely cancelled/ discharged me from their care and my next appointment with no text, call or email saying they were letting me go or not seeing me anymore. Unprofessional, they push random drugs on you for commission purposes and they don't call if you don't show up to an appointment which shows they don't care. Hello I just wanted to comment on a alot of negative feedback.ive been going here maybe over a 1 year not sure the exact but just wanted to say this very straight to point the staff the Dr and the therapist they have have treated me with up most respect.when I need someone to talk to they have always been there never had 1 incident with this practice my Doctors have taken care of me if I repeat myself sorry but im just speaking the truth i am diagnosed with ADHD i was a mess when i started going to DR now im 100 percent feel... read more
They never ever answer the phone when I call and they don't have a email. Communication is horrible and frustrating, may have to look for a new practice for my daughter, son and I.
Update to your bogus reply: There was absolutely no signage at all. Furthermore, when I entered the hospital and asked the nurse and security, nobody knew nothing and instructed me to go across the street. I'm not driving all the way to grayson just to get the same poor instructions that will lead me 5 minutes away from my home. That's insane. Nobody knew nothing about y'all.
