Horrible experience. The people at desk ignored us while they chatted each other up. Unprofessional and a dirty clinic and waiting room. Avoid.
Exceptional service
Totally unhelpful, turned me away due to symptoms which we’re stomach upset and also cough and breathing issues, wouldn’t even listen to chest for breathing or take X-ray, being turned away at front desk is absolutely disgraceful, they need to all be fired and close doors!! Thankfully I went elsewhere who were able to help me. Places that treat people so poorly( springhill location) shouldn’t be working with people
I walked in and filled out all the information on the kiosk that was there as you walk in it didn't register and I had to enter my information again. I then received a text, complete registration and take photos of my ID, insurance, etc. I was then called up to the desk and asked what the problem was when I told them that I was in an accident and needed a chest x-ray.
